   Custom made and exactly what we ordered. Mom made the measurements to have the dress fit her comfortably and not too tight. The dress was made exactly so, my mom felt so comfortable in this dress when she put it on. She stated she will feel great and will be able to keep the dress on all night long, big bonus!!

   I love this dress and so did everyone at my daughter's wedding! I ordered a size 16W in Navy Blue. It was a little big in the shoulders and bust. Plus it was a couple inches too long. I didn't want to wear 2 inch heels. I contacted your customer service department explaining my dilemma. I ended up ordering a size 16 and in the special requests I gave them my height and told them I didn't want to wear heels. The second dress fit perfectly, length and all! I returned the first dress and received my Reimbursement with no problems! The wedding was in the mountains near our home with family and the reception was 3 weeks later. Here is the only picture I have so far that shows the whole dress.
